1. Introduction This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between FlexFortis ("Company") and the individual ("Member") who subscribes to the Company's services. By signing up for a membership, the Member agrees to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

2. Membership Benefits Members are entitled to access all fitness and social classes, facilities, and services offered by the Company, subject to availability and the terms of this Agreement.

3. Membership Fees and Payment Membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis until canceled by the Member. The Member agrees to pay the monthly fees as specified at the time of subscription. Payments are due on the first day of each billing cycle.

4. Cancellation and Refunds Members may cancel their memberships at any time by contacting the Company's support team. Refunds will be issued at the sole discretion of FlexFortis. Upon cancellation, all future services will be terminated, and recurring payments will cease.

5. Code of Conduct Members agree to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful and considerate of other members and staff. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful may result in termination of membership without refund.

6. Use of Facilities Members must adhere to all rules and regulations regarding the use of the Company's facilities and equipment. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of membership.

7. Personal Information The Member agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information. The Company is committed to protecting the Member's privacy and will handle personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

8. Liability Waiver The Member acknowledges that participation in fitness and social activities involves inherent risks. The Member agrees to waive any claims against the Company for injuries or damages arising from participation in such activities.

9. Amendments The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Members will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the membership services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates.
